For a publication problem, include the publication ID, roughly when it ran and the relevant part of the log. Tell us about your organization and the partnership you have in mind. For account, billing or other questions, tell us what you need help with.

Share your current WordPress site or a representative client site. Leave blank if it is not live yet. Link to the affected site or page, if available. For publishing issues, describe your WordPress setup in the message. Share your organization’s website, publication or profile.

Get your Site Health report

  1. Log in to the WordPress dashboard for the site you need help with.
  2. Go to Tools → Site Health.
  3. Open the Info tab.
  4. Click Copy site info to clipboard.
  5. Return here and paste the copied text into the WordPress Site Health report field.

The report includes technical details about your site. You can review and remove details before sending. If you cannot access WordPress or find this screen, leave the field blank.
