How it works
If you choose our onboarding service, our technical support team will clone your existing dynamic WordPress site and import it into your Staatic Cloud site. Staatic Cloud provides a dynamic WordPress environment, as well as live and preview environments to host the static version of your site, allowing you to experience the benefits of Staatic before fully committing.
Only once you are completely satisfied, we will assist you in migrating your live site to Staatic Cloud. During the migration, we make sure there is zero downtime.
We will ask you to provide access details such as your control panel’s URL or FTP host and login credentials so we can access your site and transfer it. Alternatively, you can provide a backup or clone of your existing site, which we can import into our environment.
Please note that website transfers may take 2-5 business days, depending on the size of the website, the limitations set by the current host, and other factors.
Is the onboarding service required?
No, you are absolutely free to set up Staatic Cloud yourself, for example by importing your WordPress site from a backup. However, by having our technical support team take care of everything, you can be sure of a smooth migration without any downtime along the way.
In case you are not yet ready to commit
We offer a 14-day free trial so you can see how well it works before fully committing. During the trial phase, you will get access to a staging environment, allowing you to test and benchmark everything while leaving your current site as is.
In case you are not satisfied with the result, you can simply delete your Staatic Cloud site and nothing will be affected. Promise!
