Send form submissions to your tools with Zapier
With the Staatic app on Zapier, each verified submission starts your Zap: a row in Google Sheets, a lead in HubSpot or a card in Trello. Spam never gets that far, and you write no code.
Put each submission where your team already works
Staatic checks every submission for spam first. The ones that pass start your Zap right away, and Zapier sends them on to the apps you connect.
-
A row in a spreadsheet
Log every inquiry in Google Sheets, Excel or Airtable, where the whole team can sort and share it.
-
A lead in your CRM
Create a contact in HubSpot or a lead in Salesforce, ready for whoever follows up.
-
A task for your team
Add a card to a Trello board or an event to Google Calendar, so a new inquiry is picked up right away.

Start a Zap with Staatic
In Zapier, choose the Staatic app and its New Form Submission trigger. Sign in with your Staatic account and allow Zapier to manage your sites and forms.
-
Pick the site, and a form if you like
Choose the site the form is on. Pick one form, or leave Form empty for every form on that site. Zapier adds the notification in Staatic for you.
-
Test, map and turn it on
Send a test submission from your published site, then test the trigger in Zapier. Map the fields to your next step and publish the Zap.
A Zap works alongside your other notifications. One form can email your team, reply to the visitor and start a Zap.

Zapier docsOr use a webhook
For Make, n8n or your own code: each verified submission arrives as JSON, with the same fields as the Zapier app. Add a Webhook notification to the form; the webhook docs show where.
name, email, company, body- The sender and their message, where Staatic recognized them.
data- Every field from the form, under its own name.
form_name, site_name- Which form and which site it came from.
http_referrer, created_at- The page and time it was sent (webhook only).
id- One per submission, to skip a duplicate.

Before you connect Zapier
- Which Staatic plans include it?
- Every paid plan, Staatic Cloud included, and the free trial: forms are part of Premium. The free plugin doesn’t receive submissions. Compare the plans
- Does Zapier cost extra?
- Not to start. Staatic isn’t a premium app on Zapier, so its trigger works on Zapier’s free plan, which runs Zaps with one trigger and one action. A premium app such as Salesforce, a Zap with more steps, or a webhook trigger in Zapier needs a paid Zapier plan.
- What if I delete the site or the form?
- Its Zap has nothing left to listen to, and testing the trigger fails with an error that Zapier can’t pull form submissions. Open the Staatic trigger, pick the current site and form, and test again. Or turn the old Zap off.
- One form on many pages: one Zap or many?
- One. Staatic knows a form by its name on each site, so the same form on every page is one form to pick in Zapier. Give forms that really differ a name of their own.
- Can the same submission arrive twice?
- Now and then, yes. Let your Zap or endpoint skip a submission whose id it has seen, so you don’t get duplicate rows or leads.
- What if Zapier or my endpoint is down?
- Nothing is lost: every submission is stored in Staatic first, where you can read and export it. If the other side answers with an error, Staatic doesn’t send that submission again.
- Which webhook URL can I use?
- Any public HTTPS address. Addresses on a private network are refused, so a webhook can’t reach inside your own systems by mistake.
- Does spam reach my Zap? Does it count?
- No. Only verified submissions start a Zap or a webhook, and only they count toward the 500 submissions a month your plan includes, shared by every site in the account. Use beyond that is billed at the rate on the pricing page.
